    Ans : It is very easy to book our departure; you can do it either by calling our executive or can send us an email.

    Can I choose any date ?

    Ans : No, you have to choose any of the given dates to join our fix departure tours.

    Are meals included in the fixed departure tours?

    Ans : Yes all meals are included in our fixed departure tour.

    Do we need to pay anything extra except food during the tour?

    Ans : You need to pay extra for services like Doli , Pony , Palki ,Helicopter and Pooja /Darshan Cost.

    My parents are old, is it safe to send them in your fixed departure tour?

    Ans : If your parents are healthy and are not on any kind of medication, it is safe for them to join our fixed departure tours.

    Do you do exclusive tours for chardham?

    Ans : Yes, we do exclusive tours for chardham.

    What is the minimum no of person you require to run your fix departure tour?

    Ans : We at least require 02 people to run our fixed departure tour.

    What kind of vehicle you provide if only four people booked for any particular Departure?

    Ans : All our fix departure are guaranteed, we provide vehicle according to number of people booked for any particular departure. For four people we provide a 4+1 seated vehicle.

    Will you able to arrange special pooja on request?

    Ans : Yes, if you require to perform special pooja at any of the temple during your tour, we can arrange that for you.

    Can I pay after finishing my tour ?

    Ans : We usually took, 5000 per person as an advance amount to book your seat and rest of the payment on the departure date at Delhi.

    I am coming haridwar on my own, can I join your tour from there?

    Ans : Yes, you can join fix departure tour from haridwar also.

    What are your cancellation charges?

    I am coming from Mumbai, Will you be able to arrange my Mumbai-Delhi-Mumbai travel Arrangements?

    Ans : Yes, We will arrange that for you for an extra cost.

    What kind of hotels we will get in the tour?

    Ans : All the hotels we provide are personally seen by our team members and all will be a comfortable one.

    Are your tours accompanied by a guide ?

    Ans : Any tour having more than 08 people will be accompanied by a guide, Otherwise we will provide you a driver cum guide.
